The network
Rooms small enough for a real conversation.
Sustainability projects stall for want of a room more often than for want of a document. The operator, the investor, the regulator and the researcher each hold part of the answer, and they rarely meet in a format where anything can be decided.
Green Networking exists to convene those rooms. We keep them small, curate who is in them, and structure the session around a decision rather than a panel. What comes out is usually a shortlist, an introduction, or a clear reason not to proceed — all three are useful.
The network is continuing rather than transactional. Attending one session puts you in touch with the people in the others.

Green Concerns at COP27
Convening is only half of it. Our team was in Sharm El Sheikh for the negotiations that set the rules everyone else has to work within.

How it works
Four formats, one intent
Every session is built so that something is decided in it. The format follows from what needs deciding.
Roundtables
Ten to twenty people around one table, built around a single question. Small enough that nobody performs and everyone speaks.
Workshops
Working sessions rather than presentations. Attendees leave with something drafted — a plan, a shortlist, a position — not just notes.
Summits & forums
Larger convenings where a sector needs to hear itself think. Programmed so the corridor conversations are as useful as the platform ones.
Delegations
Representation at the negotiations that set the rules — COP among them — and reporting back to the network on what actually changed.

Why we do it
Building connections
True transformation happens through collaboration. Our events are designed as catalysts — a platform for cross-sector dialogue where ecologists, engineers, policy experts and digital specialists work on the same problem at the same time.
The initiative exists to bridge the gap between abstract sustainability goals and concrete action. Through summits, workshops and roundtables we try to give green ideas the partnership and investment they need to reach a scale where they matter.
